Availability

If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we notify you and refund the full amount.

Delivery

Free shipping with an estimated delivery of 7–15 business days, as detailed on our shipping page.

Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery under the conditions described on our returns page.

Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects. If your pad arrives defective, we replace it or refund you.

Product use

The sleeping pad is recreational outdoor gear. Follow the inflation instructions and never use it as a flotation or safety device.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from misuse of the product.
