Return window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. No explanation needed.

Condition

The pad must come back complete and in resellable condition, with its stuff sack, and without damage beyond normal inspection.

How to start a return

• Message us with your order number.
• We confirm the return address and the next steps.
• Ship the package back and keep your shipping receipt.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — in that case we cover it.

Refunds

Once the return is received and checked, we refund the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged or defective items

If it arrives torn or faulty, send us a photo. We ship a replacement or refund you in full at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge any time before the order enters fulfillment.
