Cost

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after your order ships. Our gear ships from our overseas fulfillment partner, so please allow the full window during peak seasons or customs checks.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If it doesn't arrive, message us and we'll send it over.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We don't ship to PO boxes outside the continental US or to APO/FPO addresses.

Wrong address

Made a typo? Tell us right away — if the order hasn't shipped yet, we can still correct it.

Order not received

If the estimated window has passed and nothing has arrived, contact us. We'll open a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or refund you in full.
